Palo Alto Weekly - Editorial Intern
I worked at the Palo Alto Weekly newspaper as an Editorial Intern in college. At the Weekly, I reported on stories each week — both local news and in-depth feature pieces — and interviewed community members and administrators. I also conducted street interviews for a weekly column in the paper called "Streetwise," in which I went out into the city and asked strangers a single question. At the same time, I performed administrative tasks, such as updating the online community calendar and city crime log. The following list includes notable stories that I wrote this past summer:
