Drove content design for WhatsApp on Shopify. We introduced a new app in the Shopify app store that lets merchants send order tracking notifications to their customers on WhatsApp with no API or partner integration required.

Drove content design for marketing messages on Ads Manager. We added marketing messages on WhatsApp as a new campaign placement in Ads Manager, allowing businesses to run integrated campaigns with ads and messages.
